No, by unlinking a user’s device from the console, this Mobile user could log in to XSales® Store with the same valid credentials that already has, without requesting a new user creation or password change.
No, the user’s email is linked to the device where the session is first started in the mobile application. If you want to use the same email on a different device, you must unlink the user from the first one (directly from the console) and then you will be able to log in into a new device.
